Transforming culture, communication, and collaboration to improve performance—through a neurodivergent, intersectional lens.

Too many organizations and systems are designed around narrow assumptions about how people work and communicate. This creates friction that limits innovation, engagement, and impact, while leaving individuals to navigate systems that don't always work for them. Reimagine Solutions flips the script.

Founded by Krina Patel, Reimagine brings together keynote speaking, advisory, and community building services. Drawing on diplomacy, public health, and lived experience, Krina transforms culture, communication, and collaboration through an intersectional systems lens.

The result: stronger organizational performance and healthier, more connected people.

Krina’s Story

Krina is an award-winning speaker, strategist, and former U.S. diplomat with over 15 years of experience across global development, public health, and organizational transformation.

She grew up across cultures and has lived, worked, and traveled throughout 50+ countries around the world. That global perspective shapes how she understands people, systems, and institutions in real-world context.

Krina’s work spans organizations including the Gates Foundation, the U.S. Department of State, and USAID, where she operated in complex, high-stakes environments navigating competing priorities, ambiguity, and cross-cultural dynamics — while carving supportive community spaces to make these experiences easier for others. She has also spoken alongside senior leaders such as former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, USAID Administrator Samantha Power, Members of Congress, and University Presidents.

As a first-generation American and a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman of color, her work is shaped by lived experience navigating and reshaping rigid environments while juggling common challenges like burnout, caregiving, chronic health conditions, and life transitions like perimenopause.

Today, Krina's work focuses on reimagining systems to better reflect the different ways people work, communicate, connect, and lead. She holds an Master of Public Health from Columbia University and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
