Peer Support Circles
Krina facilitates group spaces for neurodivergent adults and women navigating peri/menopause to reflect, connect, and build practical strategies in community.
Circles explore real-life challenges across work, health, identity, relationships, and more — with guided discussion, curated resources, and practical tools.
Participants gain a trusted peer network, increased clarity and confidence, and actionable ways to move forward in their daily lives.
Offerings may include structured cohorts, ongoing circles, and virtual or in-person formats.

Clients leave with greater clarity, tailored strategies, and practical next steps they can apply immediately.
Available virtually or in person.
